Privacy and cookie policy
Jaysen Cutz takes good care of your data. Here you can read, briefly and clearly, what we process, why and for how long. Last updated: October 2026.
Who is responsible
Jaysen Cutz, Platanenlaan 28 – achter, 1394 JR Nederhorst den Berg is responsible for processing personal data through this website.
What data we process and why
- Appointments: when you book online, this happens in the booking system the button links to, and that service's privacy policy applies. We see your name, contact details and chosen treatment so we can carry out the appointment.
- Where your visit came from: we keep a first-party cookie that records, in broad terms, which channel brought you here (for example Google, Instagram or direct), so we know what works. Without your consent we do not store any ad click IDs.
- Statistics: with your consent we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (pages visited, device, approximate location). Without consent, no analytics cookies are placed.
- Technical: the server logs IP address, time and requested page for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted after 30 days at most.
Cookies
We always place strictly necessary cookies (such as your cookie choice). Google Analytics cookies are only placed after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data for this site; the banner will then appear again. Embedded Google Maps on the contact page may place Google cookies as soon as you interact with them.
How long we keep data
- Visit-source cookie: 90 days.
- Analytics data: according to the Google Analytics settings, up to 14 months.
Who we share data with
We never sell data. We use a hosting provider in the Netherlands, an email service for appointment confirmations and, with your consent, Google Analytics. We have data processing agreements with these parties, or their standard terms for processing within the EU apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we start using a new service. The current version is always on this page.
